Just Right Cleaning Services is Hiring a Groundskeeper Near Edgewood, MD
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the grounds everyday. This contract is for 7 days a week anytime between 9:00am - 5:00pm. Usually takes no more than 1.5 hours.
Responsibilities:
- Empty trash cans and reline
- Maintain cleanliness of walkways, parking lots, and common areas
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy trash, standing for a long period of time, walking, bending, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must have mobile data to see schedule and clock-in and clock-out
- Must have a bank account for direct deposit payments
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have great communication skills
